1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the website gamio.fun, playing our WebGL simulation games (including the Purge Protocol Demo), downloading our mobile applications, or utilizing our game synchronization services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Gamio ("we", "us", or "our"). If you do not agree with all of these terms, you are expressly prohibited from using our services and must discontinue use immediately.

2. Eligibility

3. License to Play & Use

  • Decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or extract game code, WebAssembly modules, server structures, or assets.
  • Mirror or host copies of our WebGL builds or application packages without our written authorization.
  • Attempt to overload or disrupt our server infrastructure or communication APIs.

4. User Conduct & Restrictions

To keep our matchmaking, leaderboards, advertising systems, and scores fair and secure, you agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

  • Using cheats, automation software (bots), hacks, mods, or any unauthorized third-party software designed to modify game states or influence gameplay.
  • Exploiting bugs, glitches, or unintended game mechanics for competitive advantage.
  • Submitting score metrics or logs containing falsified or spoofed data.
  • Engaging in any activity that generates artificial, automated, or invalid impressions, clicks, or queries, or performing any automated interaction with integrated advertising networks (such as AppLovin, Google AdMob, or Unity Ads).
  • Bypassing, disabling, modifying, or interfering with any advertising content, ad tracking mechanisms, or user consent flows (such as cookie banners, GDPR consent windows, or iOS App Tracking Transparency prompts) displayed within our services.
  • Using abusive, threatening, or infringing language through our support or contact channels.

We reserve the right to remove leaderboard entries, restrict monetization functionality, and ban access to our synchronization servers for anyone violating these standards.

5. In-App Purchases & Virtual Items

Our games (including Purge Protocol) may include in-game virtual currencies (e.g. coins) or virtual goods that can be acquired through gameplay or purchased with real-world money via authorized store interfaces (e.g. Google Play Billing).

  • Virtual items and currencies have no real-world monetary value, cannot be redeemed for cash, and are licensed to you on a limited, revocable basis.
  • All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law or the platform policies of the app store.
  • We reserve the right to manage, regulate, control, modify, or eliminate virtual currency or goods at our discretion without liability.

6. Intellectual Property

All content included on this site and inside our games—such as game builds, client packages, database schemas, graphics, logos, scripts, stylesheets, text, sounds, characters, and music—is the exclusive intellectual property of Gamio and protected by international copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any asset without express prior written consent from us.

7. Account & Service Termination

We reserve the right, without notice and at our sole discretion, to terminate your license to use our games and restrict your access to synchronization servers if we determine that you have violated these Terms or engaged in cheating. You may request the deletion of your account and game data at any time via our Account Deletion Page. Virtual items, purchases and game progress may be permanently lost when an account is deleted.

8. Third-Party Services and Terms

Our website and mobile applications integrate third-party services, tools, and advertising networks (such as Google Play Services, AppLovin, Google AdMob, and Unity Ads) to provide features like cloud saves, leaderboard synchronization, and monetization. By using our services, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Your interaction with these third-party features is subject to the respective terms of service and policies of those third-party providers, including the AppLovin Terms of Use and AppLovin Policies for Publishers.
  • You will not use our services in any manner that violates the terms of service, policies, or guidelines of these third-party partners.

9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Gamio provides the website and games on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, bug-free, or compatible with all devices or web browsers. In no event shall Gamio be liable for any system crashes, performance degradation, data losses, or device issues arising from playing our simulations or using our servers.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to our primary place of business, without regard to conflict of law principles.
